Bolstering Sexual Energy With No Drugs or Herbs
|
|
Not long ago I read an article in which an Oriental Doctor listed lots of foods that will help support the bolstering of one’s sexual energy. In it there was no indication of specifics such as to what food combines with others. Nor did it mention in which way to facilitate healing and why and how any additions of these foods, herbs and chemicals create a change toward the health of the sexual energy of the specific individual. An individual would be required to visit an Oriental Doctor who may specialize on the subject. (The average Oriental doctors or other holistic practitioners do not develop their own sexual energy in any way.) Many doctors can be more interested in prescribing herbs and other over-the-counter remedies to themselves and their patients.
Most people would like this Magic Bullet, of course. Most people with busy lives do not yet have the fortitude to begin a program for long-lasting health that does not rely on taking pills or tinctures. This can be true even if they know that transforming the sexual energy to a higher octane is possible without drugs and can lead to a high state of bliss that can be obtained with or without a partner when and wherever it’s wanted. (With long-term development, it becomes available at seemingly every waking and sleeping second, as is the case with my own, Chi-full bliss.)
This is the case for me and even more so now than when I wrote an article that was published in a South Florida whole /health periodical that was called Miracle Journeys, then published by Dr. Sorah Dubitsky about ten years ago. The article is called “My Spiri-sexual Self", and explains how bliss can be had by learning to move the sexual energy through the major acupuncture routes and into our bodies’ organs. In the article, I describe what it FEELS LIKE to build to having an access to such bliss which is also known as ‘multiple orgasm’. That latter term often can be misunderstood, however and its common usage relates only to practices confined to the ‘bedroom arts’.)
Other articles on enhancing sexual energy are also available at http:/www.universaltao.com where one can find entire books written by my teacher, Mantak Chia and senior instructor Michael Winn, and others
dedicated to sharing this information. The Healing Tao/Universal Tao is focusing on developing well-rounded individuals who take full care of their mind, body, spirit by themselves.
In other words, The Healing/Universal Tao hopes a student wants to train to become "spiritually independent". Other legitimate systems are also teaching similar techniques. It is different from Kundalini and/or Tantric yoga for the reason of how it moves in the body. First it is necessary to learn to move un-aroused energy through what’s called the Microcosmic Orbit. I teach that process in on-going Qigong classes. Many people, with their eye on the gold ring, often don't want to begin at the
beginning. They want a transformation that more often than not, is temporary.
(An exception is possible for the student who has had a long-time practice of a related yogic or martial system that helps them to build up some prerequisites that take most people years and years. Building a habitual meditative PRACTICE is not a "Magic Bullet"!
It is a quest, but not an impossible dream to become one who heals themselves in all aspects of their life. It does take time and commitment. We are beings that ARE Spiri-sexual, and although we often try to separate one from the other we become very challenged in keeping balanced within our whole selves. The imbalance will spill over into other areas of our lives! We need to accept ourselves as holistic beings.
When I share this broad information with students, I never promise a magical
transmission. After practicing for twenty-seven years, (and meditating twelve years prior to that with other systems as I have,) a transmission certainly can be accessed by people taking the class, because, ANYONE who practices seriously can pass healing energy.
There is no way really to say how long exactly each individual will take! Most people just want this Chi transmission, which they WILL feel, and then they sometimes will assume it is permanently transmitted. Some teachers emphasize the passing on of this energy (and do not stress that the students will do better by patiently building their own supply without reliance on the teacher. They certainly will be likely to pass a larger dose of Chi transmission because their INTENTION is to dazzle the students!!! It will feel like any kind of high one can get from something temporary. Long-lasting supplies must come from dedicated practice. After a time, the majority of students go back to their
habitual energy-depleting lives, and don't bother to utilize techniques they have learned at a workshop that they hoped would magically transform them. With a well-developed practice, one begins manufacturing inside their own body, all the chemicals one can find in foods and herbs that can be listed as being able to enhance sexual-energy.
Changes in all aspects of their health is evidenced by serious practitioners, and they find out that if they do the practices, their health is kept up, but if they drop
it.... guess what? My teacher, Mantak Chia who travels world wide each year, has a wonderful healing resort in Thailand called “Tao Garden” outside of Chiang Mai. It is a five star spa. He has a ‘deep analysis’ of this syndrome... (When he says it, he sounds so cute!)... He says, "If you do it, you get it! If you don't do it, you don't get it!!!"
