71: Drinking For Health
If you are interested in superior health, vitality, longevity, overcoming sickness or having trouble balancing your hormones and weight even though you have taken supplements of vitamins and minerals for years, you might consider drinking. Many of you are thinking you already do and are feeling ecstatic about the prospect of drinking even more. Before you announce that your drinking all these years has paid off, let me be clear in saying that I am not referring to alcoholic drinks, but drinks made from fresh vegetables and fruit - quite often referring to as juicing.

72: Eat For Your Body Type
We’d like to think that with all the multitude of diet regimentation circulating in every magazine we pick up that we’d be able to isolate at least one solid protocol that would work for everyone, yet, that is not the case. The good news is that it has been narrowed down to basically four. The components of the diet or lifestyle are derived from how our body type reacts to certain needs and deficiencies, as well as enzyme potentials. Enzymes play a significant or rather a vital part in the utilization of the foods that we ingest for they are catalysts and as such they promote action or change without altering or changing their own status. Enzymes are often thought of as the “life force” where nutrition is concerned, for without them proper digestion is dreadfully inadequate. It is important to understand and never underestimate the need for these four major and three minor enzymes.

73: Are You Sick Of Being Tired?
Anyway you look at it, the immune system should be strengthened. It is the immune system that fights off disease-causing microorganisms and that engineers the healing process. It is definitely the key to fighting every kind of disturbance to the body. The immune system can only function properly if it is cared for and nurtured. This means getting all the right nutrients and providing the right environment, plus avoiding those things that tend to depress immunity.
